The Devlin Villa - Lake Placid

Our recent stay at Devlin Villa was fantastic. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Olympic center and the heart of town. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and cozy down comforters. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the ample parking. we had a great experience at Devlin Villa and would definitely recommend it.

The size of the rooms. They were bigger than average.

The room was not clean. There was no TV or internet working when we were there. The Management was not willing to do anything for us.

The room was dirty, mold along the bottom of shower door. It was discusting. There was no TV or internet and Management was not honest with us. We asked if we could change rooms and they accommodated us but all of the internet was not working.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with beds that were a dream to sleep on. I also appreciated the digital thermostat, which allowed me to set the temperature just the way I liked it. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with everything within walking distance. It made exploring the area so convenient. I enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a great way to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing.

To my stay. the breakfast options were limited to muffins and donuts, and I would have preferred a wider variety, like bagels.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was an added bonus! Free wi-fi, parking, and all the necessary amenities were provided. the experience was mind-blowing!

The room was wonderfully spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and cozy down comforters. The location was great, with plenty of parking and a quick walk to the Olympic center and the heart of town. Having our dog with us was a plus, as not all hotels in the area allowed pets on the property.

The staff could use some improvement in customer service, as I experienced a mix-up with my checkout date and was chased into the parking lot to pay for a late checkout that I didn't need. The housekeeping service also seemed lacking, as the garbage in my room was not changed and there were no fresh towels or linen changes during my stay.
